Process :
This layout took a very long time. This theme is vectored. It’s a bit messy looking, but NO brushes were used. From chapter 341 I used that spread with Sasuke and Naruto and the background, then I went ahead and vectored it through Illustrator CS2. The scroll is also vectored from a pic I saw on animepaper, which originally had Kakashi in there. The images I used were pre-vectored (is that a word?) I’m so much of a perfectionist I realized, cause’ I vectored chapter 341’s spread JUST to use a background for the scroll, and also to use as the designs that are flanking the layout, you cant even tell that much. After that I just put everything together, extracted things here and there then slapped it all in one lol. The link idea I got from Suzumi, cause she has this interesting overlap link thing that she showed me for the Yoh fan listing, and I thought it was cool, but of course I just incorporated the idea. I used numbers and then wrote out the numbers with Devanagari script (Hindi Alphabet). I was just sick of Japanese hiragana and Katakana lol XD so I used my other language that I knew. Actually it works really well right? I always thought that Naruto art sometimes had a hint of old Indian cave paintings, especially with like the eyes and all D= (weird). In either case, so thats about that. Oh, and I tried that weird border thing that Janice always does with the input boxes, Janice makes it look nice, I did it differently though, I wanted it to look like a big box! with green borders lol but not like underline XD..
Description :
A layout featuring Naruto and Sasuke sort of “coming out” of a scroll, with lots of designs in the background. Sakura WAS in it, but cause of her hair and clothes (even though I tried to recolor her hair, but then she looked like Temari), was removed because she threw off my groove. Idea was Indian.
