Process : It took 1 hour to completely cut out Tomoe and Kenshin from the image. We used a light green background, and then we added a layer of dark green twice. On the second dark green we added a grid, a little larger then regular. Then we pasted Tomoe and Kenshin on each side. We added the dark green border on the bottom and top. Next, we played around for about another 1/2-1 hour and finally came to choose Pointilize. We pointlized on a new layer of green and then cut around Tomoe and Kenshin abruptly. We surrounded it by the dark shade of green and erased, leaving some splats on both sides.
  Later, on Tomoe and Kenshin we added a green gradient, bevel and emboss, a hint of drop shadow, inner + outer shadow, and satin. We played around with the percentages on Tomoe and later copied the layer style onto Kenshin. Next to last, we had left space for a banner. We picked 5 images and opacified them along with a overlay of the light green color.
  Note- there were so many different shades of green we copied the RGB numbers and put them on notepad for later use.
  Then after blending them, we colored random shades of green, blue, black, and brown and then liquified clockwise. Finally, we added the text. We used a drop shadow of strong Impact for the text which we spaced out. When we added THE-ORO, the layer was drop shadowed, satinized, bevel and embossed, made a curve in them, added a pattern. This gave the multi look to the text. We lastly added the Stroke to about 3 pixels. We made minor changes and we were done!
