Process : This layout took a while. First, I spent a couple of hours making the picture transparent. Then, I added the brown rectangle around 2000 pixels in width. next I made a special grid that I enlarged and opacified. Furthermore, I used circle tools to make a background Go game in the background and added image effects to them. Next, after making the background Go Board I added yellow circles to blend in with the background and there were about 100 of them. Then, since the custom shapes tool makes different layers for each one, I went through each and blurred them. Afterwards, I added borders and iframes along with some stroke on the main game. Since it still looked empty I added some grass in different colors, duplicated, and continued. To lighten things up I added some enlared text to make it look like swirls and highlighted the main picture with a clock brush. Finally, I added the iframes with borders and lines, along with a spotlight to highlight the main navigation headers in Palace Script. To top things off I added matching effects to the “Divine Move” and text, making the CSS matching as well…
Description : This layout was my second horizontal layout. My goal was to make it stand out from the rest of my layouts and really capture the game of Go hence the self-made game in the background. This layout took me a long time slicing and coding, as well as matching the colors since none of them would match and show up properly. My goal was to make it spectacular and make you go “wow”. Although I didn’t achieve that, I think I might have gotton at least 1 “wow” out of somebody ^_~…
