Process :This layout did not take that long, but it took a while to get the original shape. First, I drew 1/4 of a wing, and using that wing, I rotated to create an opposite. Merging the two layers, I rotated again to make it a whole. Then, the thing was shrunk and put on top of each other to make a full butterfly thing, with
a gradient overlay and a pattern overlay made by me. Then, I just gradiented the whole thing after doing each part, watercoloring some edges to make them more pretty _. Following this, the background was added with a gradient on a green background with 76 degree rotation. I duplicated the original butterfly thing, rotated, and shrinked it, making it at different angles. Under the body I added the links with opacification. Since the layout was looking very plain, I used Kessia’s line brush (same ones, 4 times) making the tail like thing. I opacified it, adding effects, and filled it with a different color as a stencil. Then, I added Angelic-Trusts drip brushes at the left and right corner. I then realized I had to name the site, and decided on ‘Spirited’ Rotating and arching it on the corner, with the title on the top of the edge. Then, I created 3 new patterns, and pasted them in various sections, opacifying butterfly pieces in the bajcground as well. With regular circles, I added a sort of Spot Light effect in the background, as well as some text opacified on top of everything. Then, I just put some finishing touches with outerglow, made the overlaps and started coding. The coding took about 1/2 an hour. Matching was a pain ! The layout took a total of 5 hours.
Description :This layout was supposed to be sort of mythical. I wanted it to match the theme of Loika’s fanlisting, as in, draw a layout (Like I did). Except, the colors were much more bright since Estefania’s designs are very bright and BAM at your face :D Its really awesome, she is so talented . The butterflys fluttering through the layout just symbolize all her different designs, as they are made by her, but very much different in their theme and location. Basically, this layout just featured the butterfly with a trail behind it, and bright colors. I really liked how it turned out _.
